Terms & Conditions

1. Package redemption period is valid from 7 July till 31 July 2020. Any unused package will be deemed invalid after 31 July 2020.  
2. Package includes a One (1) night stay at Sun Inns Hotel Lagoon Sunway and entrance tickets to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park for two (2) adults.
3. A maximum of two (2) adults in the room.
4. Packages not include any additional charges.
5. Room not include Breakfast.
6. Package is only redeemable at Sun Inns Hotel Lagoon Sunway.
7. Tickets to Sunway Lagoon vouchers will be distributed upon check-in to the hotel.
8. Tickets to Sunway Lagoon are issued based on the number of guests staying with not more than 2 adults.
9. One day admission ticket for two(2) adults to Sunway Lagoon. 
10. Sunway Lagoon tickets include entry to ALL parks, including all rides, activities and attractions within the theme park. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, Go Kart, and Scuba Diving. 
11. The Sunway Lagoon tickets are only valid during the stay period in Sun Inns Hotel Lagoon Sunway.
12. Pre-payment will be required upon reservation made via credit card.
13. Please be informed that the hotel does not accept a third party payment card. Kindly present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking upon check-in. 
14. Non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and not applicable with other on-going offers, events and/ or promotions.
